These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Sage AI Labs LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Sage,” “we,” or “us”), and govern your use of sagelabs.ai (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms cover the Site only. Any Sage products or services we provide to you are governed by the separate agreement we sign with you, which takes precedence over these Terms for those products or services.

1. Using the Site

You may use the Site to learn about Sage and to contact us. When you do, you agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
• try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, or interfere with its security or operation;
• scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means, except as allowed by our robots.txt file;
• send spam, malicious code or false information through the contact form.

2. Information on the Site

The Site provides general information about Sage. Figures and descriptions reflect our understanding at the time they were published, may change without notice, and are not an offer, promise or guarantee of any product or result.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and design, are owned by Sage or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Other companies' names and logos shown on the Site belong to their respective owners. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, modify or reuse its content without our written permission.

4. Your submissions

When you contact us, you agree that the information you send is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.

5. Links to other websites

The Site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sage will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
