Sage Shopping Agent

Sage customers ask us to buy products for them. Our shopping agent completes those purchases on retailers' websites, using a browser, the way the customer would. This page explains how to recognize it and how to contact us.

What the agent does

• It places orders that a Sage customer has asked for, one order per request, and ships them to that customer.
• It pays with a card issued by Sage for that order.
• It does not crawl or scrape sites, and it does not collect content for training.

How to verify it

The agent signs its requests with Web Bot Auth (HTTP Message Signatures, RFC 9421). Signed requests carry Signature, Signature-Input and Signature-Agent: "https://www.sagelabs.ai" headers. Our public keys are published at https://www.sagelabs.ai/.well-known/http-message-signatures-directory. A request that claims to be Sage's agent without a valid signature from one of these keys is not from us.
